Chivas Engineering & Consulting, Inc. USA plans to take a major stake in K-Cal Resources. K-Cal Resources plans to have its first product "Edu-Game" launched in December 2007. Edu-Game is an innovation where everyone had a chance to learn on line while playing. Rewards will include scholarships and reimbursement to players from education expenses around the world.

Chivas Engineering and Consulting, Inc, USA (CE&C) Board of Directors approved plans to open local offices in Lagos, Nigeria and Accra, Ghana.

Shares of Chivas Engineering & Consulting, Nigeria Limited will be held by the parent company, Chivas Engineering & Consulting Inc., USA and local Nigerians and Nigerian companies.

CE&C Plans to expand their operation in the African region.

In a recent visit to Nigeria, the Dr Vasant C. Ramkumar (CEO of Chivas Engineering & Consulting) and Mr. Ibrahim Balogun (CEO of Brian Integrated Systems, Nigeria) agreed to set up a joint collaboration effort between the two companies to offer end to end solutions to all Nigerian companies and Government organizations. Dr Ramkumar presented a one day seminar on emerging technologies and Business Intelligence to high level delegations from both the private industry and the government organizations. During the two week visit, Dr Ramkumar also met with government officials as well as company executives to discuss how Chivas Engineering & Consulting and Brian Integrated systems can work with them on future projects.
