(CE&C) incorporate in Texas, USA in 2006 has been doing business under Chivas Electric since 1990 and Chivas Consulting since 1993 both being divisions of Chivas Holdings LLC. CE&C operates world wide with its headquarters in Texas and have worked on assignments in Europe, Asia, Africa and the USA.
